Mr. Mataluwo is a graduate of Accountancy from Adamawa State University Mubi. He has successfully completed the Certification Programme (MCP) organised by the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He has attended various Microfinance trainings. He was awarded a Proficiency Certificate by the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). So far, he has about 16 years of Microfinance Banking experience. He is currently a student of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Mr. Mataluwo is the Managing Director of Bonghe Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Mrs. Marlyn Hananiya is a graduate of Accounting from Adamawa State University Mubi. She has successully completed the Microfinance Certification (MCP) programme organised by the CBN and CIBNhas attended various microifinance, she has certiicate in computer appreciation and project management. So far, she has about 13 years of Microfinance Banking working experience. She is currently a student of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Mrs. Patricia L. Mahwoyi is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic Mubi. She has HND in Accountancy . She acquired Certificate in Computer Appreciation, successfully completed Microfinance Certification Programme (MCP). She has also attended various trainings related to Microfinance Banking. So far, she has about 14 years of Microfinance Banking experience. Mrs. Mahwoyi is the Head of Operations of Bonghe Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Mrs. Kanismis a graduate of Public Adminsitration (BSc) from Adamawa State University Mubi. She acquired a Certificate in Computer Appreciation and has successully completed the certificate programme and has successully completed the Microinance Certificate Programme (MCP) organised by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). So far, she has 14 years microfinance banking experience. Mrs. Kanism is the Head of Finance of Bonghe Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Ms. Tamohashishi Allen Mbebo is a graduate of Accountancy (HND) from Ramat Polytechnic Maiduguri. She has acquired a Certificate in Computer Appreciation and has since successfully completed the Microfinance Certification Programme (MCP) organized by the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). She has attended various Microfinance Banking related trainings. So far, she has 13 years Microfinance Banking experience. Ms. Allen is the Head of Credits of Bonghe Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Ms. Takoni is a graduate of Accountancy (HND) from Federal Polytechnic Mubi. she has successully complted the Microfinance Certification Programme (MCP) organised by the Central Bank of Nigeria. She has undergone several trainings related to Microfinancing both within and outside the state. So far, she has 13 years of Microfinance Banking experience. She is currently a student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Ms. Takoni is the Head of Marketing and Training of Bonghe Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Mr. Adiel has 16 years Microfinance Banking experience. He has a higher Diploma (HD) in Accounting from Adamawa State Polytechnic CABS Numan. He has attended various trainings in the field of Microfinance and is a certified Microfinance Banker and holds MCIB. Mr. Adiel is the Branch Manager, Bonghe Microfinance Bank Ltd, Ganye.
